Help-Registered Users can't login to Woocommerce Account

Having a serious problem with some users logging into Woocommerce account. The error message is “Please check the box showing your human”.
Regenerated a new password, but that didn’t work.
So, I registered a new “dummy” user to check. Tried to login with the dummy user and got the same message.
What’s the problem?
- The forum ‘Virtue Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
