Help With Settings in Builder – Keep Photo Stuck to Bottom of Row?

I am working on a client dev site here: *Login to see link
I am trying to get the About section on the Home page to function the way I need it to and was hoping you could help me with settings. I have set it as the background to Cell 1 in the row, with “Center on Original Size.” I need the bottom of the photo to “stick” to the bottom of the row at all times. Currently it “floats” a bit when the page is being resized.
Are there any settings I can use to fix this, or do I need to use CSS? Please advise, thank you!
