helping set up a custom product page

Hello

i was wondering if it were possible to set up a customizable product page. I want this to be for a single product. I was looking into the “Product Add On” plugin from woocommerce, but before i purchase it, i was wanting to check with you if something like what i am wanting to achieve is even possible.. I have attached a mock up of what i want to do.

I want the base product that you chose from, and then there are sub categories to chose from. Each sub category has a price attached to it, and also links to an additional page to give a product description.

Could you please advise me in any way if this were possible?
