Hide header’s “LOGIN/SIGNUP” for not logged in user

Hello,
In the header, the default has “LOGIN/SIGNUP” for not logged in user, and once logged in, it changed to “MY ACCOUNT”.
May I ask if there is a way to hide this “LOGIN/SIGNUP” for not logged in user, but if the user has logged in, it will still display “My Account”? Because I want to user to login from a differnt link.
