Hide Product on Shop Page

Hi,
I’m trying to hide one product from the main shop page. I have tried doing Catalog Visiblity: Hidden under the Publish tab, but it only works if I am logged into the website. Is there a why that I can hide “Deplorable Welcome Mat” from this page *Login to see link ?
