Highlight Color for Topbar

Hi Guys,
Within our shop *Login to see link the primary color is fine for highlighting information within the product-area (like the link to cost of shipment or price-promotions) but it’s too dark for the number of items inside the cart (shown in the topbar). How can I set a light grey for highlighting topbar-items?
