Home Icon Menu Jump Link

Hello,
I am trying to make the icons in the home icon menu act as jump links to certain points on another page. On the other page, I have established jump links:
Under Theme Options > Home Layout, I scroll down to the Home Icon Menu and in the 4th box under each icon, I put #endurance, #distress, and #fatigue respectively. However, once on the web site, when I click on the icons, the link doesn’t work.
Can you please help me figure out how to turn the home icons into jump links?
