Home Icon Menu title translation

Hi Hannah,
Im having trouble translating the Icon menu title on my Home page. Im using WPML by the way. Even when I translate the string it doesnt translate, this only applies for the Icon menu title which has a -link- to the shop. (Title of the Icon Menu is “Shop Products”). Cause the other Icon Menu title, which have no link, named ‘International Delivery’ and ‘Free Shipping’, they do get translated succesfully, so Im confused.
It also doesnt translate the Title Home On Sale Product, which is “Products on Sale”.
Hope you can help me out.
