Hover/Rollover effects not working

I’ve imported the Free Demo Gallery Site content and the hover/rollover effect isn’t working on the photos below ‘featured galleries.’ I’ve tried resetting my site and reinstalling – still doesn’t work. The hover effect does work on the other demo content that I’ve tried importing. Here is the site – *Login to see link
