How can I change the tag page?

Hi there,
we added some tags to each blog post.
When clicking on the tag it opens up a new page, which shows the blog posts in the normal blog template.
We would like to change the appearance to a blog grid template.
Could you tell us how to do that, since we can’t seem to find an option to change the layout of the tag page?
