How can I edit the add to cart button? Want to make it larger as well.

Hi. Thank you for viewing my post and or any help you can prove.
I want to edit the add to cart button. I like to make it larger larger as well like this: *Login to see link
I would like to have the ability to change the text as example says: Buy It Now
Can I take out the quantity as well? You see in the example there is no number next to it. I would just like the button.
