How do I change my demo content?

I am starting a new website, this time with Ascend Premium, and have imported one of the demo styles but would now like to change it. How do I do that?
On another note, I tried to search this in the forum before posting but I was denied access. The message was:
If you are the site owner (or you manage this site), please whitelist your IP or if you think this block is an error please open a support ticket and make sure to include the block details (displayed in the box below), so we can assist you in troubleshooting the issue.
The block details are: ‘An attempt to evade and bypass security filters was detected.’
