How do I remove an anchor tag from a URL?

Hello,
I hope you are doing well 🙂
I created a navigation menu using custom link to navigate inside the different sections of the page. ( I used html anchor to setup different sections id’s)
However, I need to remove the #anchor from showing up in the browser URL bar.
Exemple: *Login to see link i need to remove the #qui_sommes_nous from the URL.
Any other solution to create a one page navigation menu is welcome.
Could you please assist me 🙂
