How do you make top menu sticky? And icon meny on page?

I bought the pinnacle theme and I like the homepage a lot. I got two different problems through.

First problem:
How do I make the top menu sticky, so I don’t have to scroll to get the white transparent background in the header? Because the picture I use makes it hard to read the menu, so I would like the menu to be as when I have scrolled but prementent.

Second problem: I like the “Icon menu” under “Home layout”. I would like to be able to use the “Icon menu” theme on other pages. How do I do this? Because I can find almost all the themes under “Page Builder” and “Widgets” in the pages except for “Icon menu” theme. Thanks for the help!
