How i install kadence theme?

Hello,
The Kadence Theme has been activated on a new WordPress installation (with multisite active).
When I click on the button in the WordPress admin / appearance / Kadence / starter templates, the spinner starts, but nothing happens.
Could it be that the plugin has been closed on WordPress.org?

Is there a way to get around this? Is it unrelated?
