How site appears when linked to on Facebook

Hi,
I just wanted to tell some people on facebook about my site, so I added my link into the status.
a) usually an automatic picture appears when you add a link, but there is nothing. How can I get one?
b) an old tagline for the site appears which I deleted a few days ago from the WP settings. How can I get rid of it?
