How to add more option buttons to elements such as font size

Right now we can click on SM, MD, LG, etc. and use the adjuster custom button to set specific font sizes but we would like to make our font size selection options completely custom (ie. can click on a button or dropdown and choose body-1-sm, body-2-sm, display-1-lg (and also set in php what those correlate to (ie body-1-sm is 12px, body-2-sm is 16px for instance)
