How to add more than 8 recent posts to Home Blog Settings

Hello,
I would like to show more than 8 recent blogs on my home page. I have set it up with “Latest Blog Posts” on my Home layout. My client tops eight regularly. I tried setting up the Home page with Page Builder, but the Virtue Recent Posts Widget shows thumbnails and I need bigger images. Here’s a link to my current home page on the site: *Login to see link
Maybe I can change the thumbnail to another size in the Virtue Recent Posts Widget?
