How to adjust sidebar and catalog container

hi team –
1) How do I adjust the width of the sidebar on category pages?
2) Also I want to adjust the width of the category container in proportion to the width of the sidebar
3) There is no difference when I select FullWidth and Contained for “Container Width” Product Catalog. Is something wrong?
I can’t find how to make the above changes in customizer. Kindly help.
