How to change background of Blog page when home page

Hi KT,
This is possibly a silly question but I’ve been looking all over for the option.

The homepage is the ‘Module Latest Posts’. I can figure out how to change the background of the ‘Home Page Header’. But I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change the background colour of the ‘Blog’ page.
I’ve tried changing the page background colour or image but the change doesn’t appear.
