How To Change The Color Of A Few Words Within a Headline

Maybe I’m missing something basic, but I can’t figure out how to change one of the words within a headline to a different color.
For example, we have the headline (H1) Contact Us To Learn More. We want to change the color of the words “LEARN MORE” to a different color than “Contact Us To.” How would we do that?
