How to customize at which screen resolution the display changes to mobile view

Hi,
My client has a 12-inch Macbook air that apparently is configured with vert low resolution.
She is looking at a website that she likes and would like her website to look the same.
For some reason she sees the other website as in Mobile View (Hidden menu, vertical rows etc…).
She would like the website that I’m building for her, to behave the same,
Hence, turn into mobile view for her resolution.
Can you advice on how can I configure it, in the Kadence theme?
(Trigger the mobile view to appear in a higher resolution threshold than its default)
