How to enable thumbnails for categories (not for shop)

Hello,
I dont see the setting to allow thumbnail images in my category page for my blog. (I dont mean in the shop or in products but in normal pages).
How can I add thumbnails to my category pages? thanks.
an example category page is : *Login to see link
