how to keep sections or blocks the same when resizing for responsive.

Hello,
First off I have no idea how to code and am hoping to accomplish this with settings. Can someone advise me on how to keep responsiveness from creating a gap at the bottom m of my blocks or sections? I’ve added images to help explain. When my browser is sized right there is no gap, however when it goes into responsiveness when I resize the browser or on a laptop – before getting so small they stack – they form a gap at the bottom. Is there a way to teach Kadence not to allow the gap? I’ve also attached a photo of my list view so you can see how I’m getting to this point. Thank you!
