How to make Kadence Theme responsive?

I am struggling with responsive features of Kadence Theme and Blocks (both in Pro) at a very basic point. Multi-column row blocks remain multi-column even on mobile size portrait format, so the result is awkward and not usable… but I cannot find the setting to set the breakpoint for the columns to collapse, not have I found any instruction on this in the documentation.
Can anyone advise me on how to make the columns layouts collapse below certain page widths?
