How to Re-Create KadenceWP gallery that has move to the side on-scroll effect

Hi,
I love the gallery that is on *Login to see link home page, below “Next level site creation with AI” that is moving slightly to the right when scrolling down. I’d love to recreate something similar. I can’t figuerout if this is done with Image(adv) block in 5 column layout or Gallery(adv) block? And is that effect added via css?
