How to sticky header button in mobile

Hello
My website is thediamondservices.com. I used on of the starter templates to build my site.
The “Get a price” button in the upper right of the header won’t sticky when I go to mobile settings.
Is there a way I can sticky this so it shows up in mobile and tablet?
