How to turn off All-Caps for Headings

Hi there, I need to turn off the caps for this specific heading:
I would like to make it so that the “LEAVE A REPLY” and “RESPONSES” shows up normally, rather than automatically converting the text into all-caps. I would like it to appear as “Leave a Reply” and “Responses” instead. How do I do that? If there is a setting for it that would be preferred, though a code would be great too!
