I can’t save the theme changes

Dear Support Team,
I need your assistance. I have just bought the Kadence Member Package. I am having trouble saving anything in section of Theme Options. It gives me an error “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page”. I have tried on Safari, FireFox and Chrome. I have already change memory_limit at wp-config.php files.
Please help me ASAP.Thanks and best regards,
