I want the automatically update after edit

When I edit the appearance-Home Layout, then I press Save Change. After that I go to refresh the home page, there is no changes.
I need to open the home page and click update and then back to refresh the home page. It shows the changes.
How can I get the auto update when I just click the Save Change in Home Layout?
