Icon Menu, Image Menu Choices not displaying

Under Topbar Settings, nothing is showing in line with the Topbar Icon Menu and the same issue exists in the Home Layout tab with the Image Menu and Icon Menu.

Any ideas why? I noticed this on the free version of the virtue and pinnacle theme and now also with the Pinnacle premium theme. I’ve tried deactivating several plugins and it hasn’t changed anything.
