icon menu – not align under 2 columns per row for 2 rows

Icon Menu: 2 columns per row. I have 4 icon menus.
problem is: It does not align in the main page.
The first row looks ok, but the icon menu does not align on the second row.
It only happen when 2 columns per row is selected.
