IE + Edge Rendering Quality?

Hello,
I recently purchased a Windows computer and starting testing with IE + Edge. Generally, I will create a larger size logo and it downscale beautifully in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and mobile browsers. However, the same larger resolution logo looks horrible in IE + Edge, the only solution being to resize to the actual displayed logo size. The problem with this is that the logo looks far more blurry everywhere but IE + Edge. After doing some research this appears to be a common problem, some said CSS can improve the rendering, are you familiar with this issue at all and if there is any applicable CSS for my Kadence Themes?
