image grid in Portfolio not working everytime

Hey, Kadence Team
I try to use image grid in the portfolio, and set the layout beside.
I put everything in the same setting, but it came out in two different style.
*Login to see link <– this is perfect.
*Login to see link <– and this.
I dont know which step i did wrong, i try several times, but it randomly came in different layouts.
Please let me know how to correct it, thank you!
