Image menu acting weird with WPML

So.
When I open my site, the home layout works like a charm.
Here is the image menu as it should be:
When I change to my EN domain using WPML language switcher, everything is fine, except
Now. When I go to theme options I can obviously see that my .com site has .sk image uploaded to my image menu item. If I change it to .com from my translated media it appears okey on .com website however .sk website image menu is zoomed in instead.
It seems that I need to make sure that my .sk image menu is using .sk media libary and my .com menu is using .com libary pictures.
Now, how do I do that?
Can wpml change links as well?
