image menu hover dimension and position

Hello Ben and Hannah
i have a web site with your beautiful theme, thank you!!:D
but i have three problems with the css code.
1. i would like have the same hover dimensions of the images menu in all responsive view, dimensions like the images menu.
2. i would like have the same distance between the images menu. this setup for all responsive view.
3. i would like have the same distance between images menu end the revolution slider. this setup for all responsive view.
it’s possible?
