Image overlay crash

Every time after rebooting page. Image overlay block becomes glass slipper. Specifically the typed ‘title’ moves to ‘subtitle’ and ‘subtitle’ disappears.

Settings:
Image is unset

I dont know is it possible to replicate issue.
