Image post adjust featured image height in gutenburg

After setting the post to “image” type which takes the featured image and places it in the header of the post I would like to be able to adjust the height of the image from full to say 600 pixels. I remember it being straightforward but now I cannot figure out how to do this with Gutenburg. Should I just disable Gutenburg, or is there a work around for this?
