Image Widget – WPML translation

Within the shop’s primary sidebar we have an image that shows the payment mehtods. *Login to see link
This image is integrated within a Pinnacle: Image widget. Can you please give me an advice how to “translate” this as there should be a different image for the German and the English site. The text can be translated with WPML string translation but for the image/media I can’t find a possibility within WPML.
