Inconsistent icon styles when logged in/ out

I set up certain colors for icons on website: social icons that appear on the top bar and also color for mobile menu trigger. They all appear as expected when I am logged in, but dissapear when I log out.
I am not sure how to fix it because when I log in to customize them, they all look as I wanted them to.
