Info Box – center align bug?

I am not able to properly center align info box items. It looks correct in the editor but alignment is off in the preview/front-end.
What I am actually trying to accomplish is to have a line of text and a little image/icon at the end. I am referring to an inline block I guess. Can someone recommend a better approach to achieve this instead of using the Info Box? Thanks.
