Installed Kadence Theme Template and critical error

Installed Kadence theme starter template “agency” on a fresh WP site and launch to critical error. Changed to the “shop” starter template and it works. Now it won’t let me use any other starter template but Shop. Even when i import Agency and it says successful it just remains “shop”.

I even installed a non kadence theme and activated, went back but either critical error or shop…
Again, nothing on the website. Only other plugins were yoest and askimet
