internal nofollow from a SEO-perspective?

Hi,
I just had a SEO analysis made by onpage.org and they said that “nofollow” on my internal links was a problem after crawling through my site. It looks like the links are mainly the woocomerce-product pages and categories.
Could you give me your views on this please, and is it possible to change to “follow”?
