Internal server error in theme options after updating Virtue Premium

Hello,
I just updated Virtue Premium and Contact Form 7 to the newest versions.
When I now go to WP-Admin and I click on theme options (from Virtue Premium), I get:
”Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request
http://www.frankgeenen.nl”
I never encountered this problem before.
My website works and other WordPress options in WP-Admin also work.
How can I fix this?
