“internal server error” when clients chose to pay by bank transfer and confirm

Hi,
Since today’s update of virtue theme, when clients chose to pay their order by bank transfer on the order page, when they press the buton to confirm, an error message appears “internal servor error”.
Do you have an idea of how to fix this ?
