Invalid Request when updating API Licence Key

Hi Kadence People,
I tried to reactivate Pinnacle Premium after I had used another theme for some time and I got the message “The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key.”
I recovered the activation key from my Pinnacle account but when I tried to apply it, I got the message “Invalid Request”
How can I reactivate my Pinnacle Premium theme?
