Is it possible to auto-display sub-menu-items on the mobile menu?

I have a menu item which has two sub-menu-items beneath it. On the mobile menu I’d like to have the sub-menu-items permanently displayed instead of requiring the user to click their parent menu item to reveal them. Is this possible?
