Is it possibleto show and position ONLY the tagline without the title?

I have a logo for my site, which is the site title, thus I don’t want to show the title with the theme options. However, I DO want to show and position the site’s tagline so that it sits either under the logo or is possibly centered from left to right but still under the logo in terms of height. Is any of this possible with Ascend Premium? I started the site with Virtue premium and got that part the way I wanted it, but Virtue doesn’t have the transparent header that my boss wants. But now that I’m in Ascend, it seems to not be as flexible with the logo/tagline options.
Perhaps a theme that includes BOTH great feature sets would be the bomb! 🙂 That’s what I seem to run into with themes in general. They do ALMOST what I need, but not quite everything.
