Issue with the navigation menu on mobile dev.

Hi all,
looking at my google search console I saw that I got a lot of issues with one of my „core web vitals“: the “cls score”.
The main issue is that the mobile version of the menu „opening“ and push the content down. Do you have any Ideas how can I lay the menu over the content so that the content won´t move, when a user opens it? And the second part oft he question is: how can I make it sticky only in the mobile view?
