Kadence A.I Template not importing

After imputing all the necessary info to create an A.I site, it fails to import the template. It will allow me to import a Reg block Editor Template from Kadence, but not one build with A.I. I am using blue host and I’ve already contacted them about any possible firewall settings and everything is fine on that end. I have the Kadence Essential Bundle and all plugins and license are activated and validated. I’ve been trouble shooting this issue for the past 2 days with no progress, ill include screenshots. Thank you
